Why this concept?
Food is such a big part of our lives. Infact, we can't live without food.
In the modern world, due to industrialisation
(& many many more factors and reasons) food has turned into
a normalised product available in our lives. It has become so accessible
to a lot of us that many of us have taken it for granted.
We start to consume (and produce) food in ways that are unhealthy,
sometimes even unethical and unprincipled. But I am not here to point fingers,
instead, I am to share a perspective of asking all of us to reflect on
how we each can do something to change this culture of over-consuming.
